looking for small puppy for christmas! in Binghamton, New York

I'm looking for a small puppy for christmas gift for my kids. They're very well behaved kids that are ages 6yrs and 12yrs. I've waited to adopt a puppy until they were both old enough to respect and understand a puppy takes a lot of responsibity and gentle touch. Were ready for a new addition to our family. We have a local vet within walking distance from our home. We own our 3bdrm home and have a fenced in backyard and have plenty of love and attention to give. I am a stay at home mom. I have plenty of time on my hands to train a puppy. Shots and vet record would be great. Were looking for a small puppy under 15lbs @full grown age such as a chihuahua.
